WE ARE A RECRUITER – We specialize in finding the appropriate knowledge worker in the Philippines to meet your back office needs. We will consult with you at no charge in an effort to clearly identify the work we can help you shift to a less expensive human resource, with staff that show the kind of dedication rarely seen at this employment level here at home. We have a long list of available candidates in our rolodex, all eager to expand their careers and work for US clients. We know how and where to tap existing talent and lure them in to a better opportunity, to work as a VAi agent and expand their horizons and experience to become more valuable knowledge workers.
WE ARE AN HR DEPARTMENT – We recruit, hire, contract with, terminate, and discipline your staff as required. You are welcome to recruit with us and interview over the phone before approving a particular staff we intend to hire for you. Give us all of your guidelines and we will begin evaluating for a potential HR strategy to meet your needs, whether 1 or 5 workers are involved. You can even devise a test for specific qualifications and skills, as well as English capabilities. We act as YOUR HR department.
WE ARE A TEMP EMPLOYMENT AGENCY – We will find the right staff to work for you from their home at the lowest possible cost for as long as you need them, we’ll contract for their services, pay them, and release or replace them when this is what you require. This relieves you of a series of concerns that necessarily go along with hiring/firing back-office workers and managing their employment and payroll requirements.
